Some things you might want to know... What makes TXmediasuite so good? At what time of day is the material updated? Can I try it out for free before I subscribe? Can I share our login details with my mate who works on another station? I've spotted a mistake, what do I do? I have a suggestion for a new feature, what do I do? TXmediasuite is an award-winning radio show content resource (2010 Radio Production Awards - Best Entertainment Producer) full of show ideas, gags, talking points and comedy audio. It provides original material as well as factual information for use on radio shows. TXmediasuite gives presenters a heap of ideas to kickstart their show.
When you subscribe to TXmediasuite we send you a username and password to give you access to all our material. You then log in to the website and you'll see all the content, arranged in neat categories. Click on each menu option and you'll be taken to a page brimming with content for you to use on your show. It's all fresh and original and it's there for you to use on your show as you see fit.
You take the ideas and features that we provide and you make them work for YOU. To get the most out of it you should always try to relate our material to your own experiences wherever appropriate. If something needs rewording to fit your style of presentation then do it. It's not just a case of reading straight off the screen (if only life was that easy). We want to inspire you, to help you find something in our material that will resonate with your listeners. Rather than be a lazy option, if used properly show prep should get you thinking more about your links and give your show an edge. Everybody hits a flat spot when ideas and inspiration just don't seem to flow. TXmediasuite could be just the thing to get that extra buzz back. TXmediasuite may make life easier for you but it requires some effort from you to really bring out the best in the material, and most importantly, bring out the best in you.
What makes TXmediasuite so good? TXmediasuite won the 2010 Radio Production Award for Best Entertainment Producer. TXmediasuite takes your show to a whole new level. There's loads of original material, comedy audio and factual stuff all put together by professional writers who've been in the business for years. There's so much material available that TXmediasuite is suitable for most station formats. By delivering the material over the internet we can react to breaking news stories and upload a gag or a piece of audio moments after the story breaks. We are 100% customer focused and always strive to bring you the service you deserve. Plus, TXmediasuite makes material available every weekday of the year (Monday to Friday) including national holidays (we do take a couple of weeks holiday a year but we will always make some content available during those times and there may be a reduced service over the Christmas period). At what time of day is the material updated? We aim to update all the pages by 7pm each day at the latest (UK time) so that you can prep ahead for the following day's show. Obviously, if there's a breaking news story, we can update the site any time during the day to reflect this.
Yes, it is. We employ professional, award-winning writers to write all the funny stuff. Obviously the factual info is sourced externally.
Can I try it out for free before I subscribe? Yes. Fill in the form on the Try It Out page, letting us know who you are, which station you work for and which show you present.
Can I share my login details with my mate who works on another station? No, you can't. The login is for you alone. If your mate wants to subscribe then put him in touch with us. We have security systems in place to make sure nobody abuses the service (we can see who is logged in and where they are geographically) and if we discover that you have shared your login details we reserve the right to cancel your subscription and you may be liable to compensate us for loss of revenue. Plus, your mate might get an invoice from us too. We have to be strict about this to protect all our subscribers and to make sure they get the most exclusive service possible. If you're not sure about anything please check our terms and conditions.
I've spotted a mistake, what do I do? Let us know about it. We know that mistakes sometimes happen but we like to know about it so we can flog to death the member of staff who made the mistake.
I have a suggestion for a new feature, what do I do? Tell us. If you have any ideas that you would like to see on TXmediasuite we'd love to hear about them. If there's something that's worked for you on air that you think could be expanded into a full-blown feature let us know about it.
Is there a minimum contract for the service? Just one month normally (unless otherwise stipulated on signing up - usually in conjunction with a special offer). We charge a month in advance at the beginning of each month. If you wish to cancel your subscription at any time you won't be charged after the date you cancel (once your cancellation has been verified and acknowledged by us by phone or email). There's no annoying 30 day cancellation period for you to worry about. PLEASE NOTE: Certain special offers may involve a minimum contract period and this will be explained and agreed on signing up to the service.
How do I cancel my subscription? Contact us by phone or email and we'll cancel your subscription immediately. You will receive verification by email to confirm that your subscription has been cancelled. Your login will still be active for any period you have already paid for in advance.
We accept payment by most credit and debit cards. We will charge your card with the subscription amount at the beginning of each month. For UK subscribers we can also set up a standing order to take the money directly from your bank account at the beginning of each month if you prefer that method.
Is TXmediasuite available to RSLs? Yes, it is.
We want to use the material exclusive to our market. Can we do that? You could but the price would be higher. Contact us if you'd like to discuss it further. We try to make TXmediasuite as exclusive as possible but, at the standard price, we can't guarantee that you will have total market exclusivity where TSA's overlap at the edges.
