1. By using TXmediasuite.com you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you are not entitled to use the site. These terms and conditions may change from time to time so please check this page regularly. Your continued use of TXmediasuite.com will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms and conditions. 2. The subscription is presenter or station-based and no content from TXmediasuite.com should be passed on to, in any media format, any other party outside of the subscribing presenter or station. Logins should not be shared with anyone else. Any subscriber or anyone within a subscribing station who shares any content or passes on login details to another party will be in breach of these terms and conditions. TXmediasuite.com reserves the right in such cases to remove the service from the subscriber or subscribing station and to pursue a legal claim for compensation for any loss of earnings, damage to the company's reputation or any financial penalty caused to the service. 4. TXmediasuite.com cannot be held responsible for any complaints made or legal action taken against subscribing stations or presenters as a result of using any content from TXmediasuite.com. By using this service you agree not to take any legal action against TXmediasuite.com and its owners as a result of any complaints made or legal action taken against you or your station. 5. Where possible TXmediasuite.com will provide content every weekday of the year (Monday to Friday). TXmediasuite.com reserves the right to determine the level of service for any day of the year and may reduce the material available at its discretion. 6. All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on TXmediasuite.com and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in TXmediasuite.com. If you submit a contribution to TXmediasuite, in order that TXmediasuite.com can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give TXmediasuite.com permission to use it, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.
